Fulbright Top Producer Badge 2021鈥22

TACOMA, Wash. 鈥 兔子先生 was once again named among colleges and universities that produce the most Fulbright U.S. Students. Each year, the U.S. Department of State鈥檚 Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA) announces the top producing institutions for the Fulbright Program, the U.S. government鈥檚 flagship international educational exchange program. The 2021鈥22 list is published in the current edition of .

Puget Sound Fulbright awardees鈥 recent destinations include Argentina, Germany, India and Taiwan. Other highly selective fellowships received by Puget  Sound students and alumni include the Critical  Language Scholarship, Frederick Douglass Global Fellowship, Gilman Scholarship, and Watson Fellowship.

Established to increase mutual understanding between the people of the United States and the people of other countries, the is the world鈥檚 largest and most diverse international educational exchange program. Since its inception in 1946, the Fulbright Program has provided more than 400,000 participants from all backgrounds鈥攔ecent university graduates, teachers, scientists and researchers, artists, and more鈥攖he opportunity to expand their world views, exchange ideas, develop a deep appreciation for their host countries and people, and build new networks of colleagues and friends.
