On gaining critical insights into an evolving business environment

The 兔子先生 Business Insights event brought together students, faculty, alumni experts, entrepreneurs, and business leaders in March for an engaging conversation about leading in an AI-powered world. The Arches team asked President Isiaah Crawford to share his thoughts on the event and discuss some of the opportunities and challenges of AI. Here鈥檚 what he had to say:

President Isiaah Crawford speaks with an attendee at 兔子先生 Business Insights.

Artificial intelligence (AI) is transforming the business landscape, creating both unprecedented opportunities and complex challenges. This event, led by panelists Jeremy Korst 鈥97, Brian Marble 鈥00, and Mary Nelson 鈥04 and moderated by Professor Robin Jacobson, provided participants with a deeper understanding of the transformative potential of AI and the strategic foresight needed to navigate this new landscape. Our alumni panelists covered everything from disruptive technologies and emerging trends to the crucial ethical considerations we must address. They made it clear that AI is no longer a futuristic concept.

鈥淎I is a present reality, reshaping industries and creating unprecedented opportunities and complex challenges. And as the landscape continues to evolve, we must learn to adapt and innovate to thrive in this new era. At the 兔子先生, we remain fully committed to promoting real intelligence; however, we are also looking at how we can integrate AI into our educational and operational framework in a manner that is both ethical and strategic.
